Behavior

He is rebellious, hot headed, reckless, exaggerated but so intelligent, that is Gokudera to you. But for me his behavior is most normal thing teenager had encountered. Although having a mafia boss for a father and a sister who gives you nothing but painful stomachaches then I guess it isn’t normal. I’m really not fond of behavioral analysis considering I’m psychology major, but Gokudera is interesting character so I decided to include this topic. I tried not to be very medical(ish) about it. Lol, as if I can, I even had a hard time doing a real behavioral analysis myself that will sound a real psychologist do with my school papers.

Basically I already answered most of it on why Gokudera act that way in this page. Of course people don’t act that way without a reason, if there’s an effect definitely there is a cause. But why does he need to be accepted? He is rich, he can have anything in the world and yet he seeks something superficial as acceptance. Well, if people are satisfied with worldly thing, Gokudera is different. Although he has that worldly possession, he felt something is missing, he never felt he was not loved by anyone nor just accepts him for who he was. Being a bastard son, his father don’t pay much attention to him, being not a pure Italian discriminate his skills so to get what he want he seeks for someone who will give it to him. So I think projecting this negative behavior somehow will get others attention. He might look that way, dangerous and all that, but behind it is a very lonely child. And I’m so glad with his “real” family he found what he’d been looking for.
